On The Riverbank
Before relocating to south west Cumbria I spent several years living and working in SE England. This gave me an opportunity to sketch and photograph the Thames Valley, and in particular the stretch of the river running through Maidenhead, Henley and Reading.
Here are some of the digital paintings I produced, inspired by the serenity I found in a beautiful part of the country struggling to survive against the continuous expansion created by modern life in one of the busiest parts of the UK.
